We had a fantastic stay at this cozy hotel tucked away in a central location near the Huong river. the rooms were beautifully decorated, and the comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep. We were impressed by the availability of all the amenities we needed, including a nice bathtub and strong shower pressure in the clean bathroom. the staff at Valentine Hotel went above and beyond to make us feel special and welcome. One particular team member stood out, with excellent English skills and a friendly demeanor. We were greeted by name when we returned from sightseeing, and the staff even lent us heavy-duty ponchos for the rain. Being just around the corner from a vibrant street filled with restaurants and bars was a bonus. We highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Hue!

The value for money at Valentine Hotel was excellent, with clean and comfortable rooms. The location was great, close to the new walking streets area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, recommending restaurants and arranging tours.
The breakfast could use some improvement, with more variety in the menu.
